1. Refund Eligibility

Since Kundali Matches provides digital services, instant AI-powered compatibility reports, and downloadable PDF reports, refunds are subject to specific conditions:

• Technical Failure: If you paid for a Premium Kundali PDF Report and the system failed to generate it, or you did not receive the download link due to a server error, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Double Payment: In case of accidental double transactions for the same report due to network delay, the duplicate payment will be refunded immediately.
• Astrological Accuracy: We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the astrological readings, compatibility scores, or AI advice, as astrology is subjective and provided for informational purposes.

2. Cancellation Policy

Please note our guidelines regarding service cancellations:

• Once a digital PDF report is successfully generated and delivered or displayed on your screen, the order cannot be cancelled or retracted.
• For recurring subscriptions or future-scheduled digital services, you may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle. No further charges will be made.

Once your refund request is received and verified by our support desk:

• We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.
• Approved refunds will be processed immediately. The money will automatically be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet) through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
• The refund should reflect in your bank account or payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing policies.
