Spiritual compatibility and ego levels
Varna Koota measures the spiritual compatibility and ego levels of the couple. It categorizes people into four varnas: Brahmin (highest spiritual), Kshatriya (warrior), Vaishya (merchant), and Shudra (service). This classification is based on Moon sign, not birth caste.
When the groom's varna is equal to or higher than the bride's, 1 point is awarded. If the bride's varna is higher, no points are given. This koota has the least weightage in Guna Milan.

Full points indicate natural respect and understanding. Zero points suggest the couple should consciously work on mutual respect.
Lowest priority koota (1 point). Rarely causes rejection even with 0 score.
